Process and Performance Engineer – Airbus A220 Program  We are seeking an experienced Process and Performance Engineer to join our team within the Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering department based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. The role focuses on optimizing the industrial performance of the A220 and involves continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Location:

Mirabel, in the greater Montreal area.
Responsibilities   Lead performance analysis and line balancing (SLB) to optimize series production.
Design and maintain Standard Line Balancing for all production configurations.
Generate and publish the final balancing for each aircraft in production.
Propose concrete and measurable action plans to improve process efficiency.
Lead the improvement roadmap and return of experience initiatives with the Manufacturing Engineering MFT team.
Ensure the link with upstream and downstream workstations and serve as the point of contact with the Autonomous Production Team (EAP).
Qualifications   Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace.
Proficient in industrial performance concepts, time analysis, and line balancing (SLB).
Demonstrated expertise in production flow modeling (PERT) and root cause analysis methods (Pareto).
Ability to work independently and interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams (production, quality, finance, methods, engineering).
Proficient in both French and English.
