Senior Project Manager in Defence

Location: Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

Lead complex projects in the Military/Defence/Aerospace sector as a Senior Project Manager. Oversee project life cycles from pre-award to execution, ensuring regulatory compliance and cost control.

In this senior role, you will manage large-scale manufacturing and capital investment projects. You will lead a team of project coordinators, engineers, and planners while maintaining high standards of compliance (CGP, ITAR/EAR, ISO/AS9100). Your expertise in project management methodologies will drive success across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through entire lifecycle from pre-award to post-award

• Oversee large-scale manufacturing and capital investment projects

• Direct and manage a multidisciplinary project team

• Ensure compliance with defence contracting processes

• Apply EVMS for cost and schedule control

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 10+ years in defence manufacturing project management

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred

• Strong understanding of defence contract models

• Proven success with CAPEX programs
