A220 Process and Performance Engineer

Optimize the industrial performance of the Airbus A220 program as a Process and Performance Engineer in Mirabel, Quebec. Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement and lead performance analysis initiatives.

Join Airbus's Operational Excellence team focusing on manufacturing engineering. This role demands 3 to 5 years of experience within industrial environments, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace. Emphasizing line balancing and production flow modeling, you will design Standard Line Balancing for optimized production configurations and propose actionable efficiency plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead performance analysis and line balancing (SLB) efforts

• Design and maintain Standard Line Balancing for production

• Generate and publish final balancing for each aircraft

• Propose measurable action plans for process improvements

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as a point of contact

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience

• Proficient in industrial performance concepts

• Knowledge of production flow modeling and root cause analysis

• Bilingual in French and English
