In this full-time position, you will assess and optimize processes critical to carbody shell production. Partner with diverse teams to ensure alignment with lean practices and meet project constraints. You’ll be responsible for maintaining compliance with industrial strategies and promoting risk mitigation strategies across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guarantee industrial requirements are cascaded and respected
• Monitor digital mock-up evolution and validate subsystems
• Validate quality inputs from suppliers and subcontractors
• Develop and implement effective assembly processes
• Conduct risk assessments to manage industrial challenges
Requirements:
• Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with welding processes and engineering tolerances
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in rail industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and modeling software like CATIA
• Strong management and leadership abilities
