Electrical and Control Design Specialist

Location: Mont-Saint-Hilaire

BBA is seeking an Electrical and Control Design Specialist to create high-voltage substation systems across Canada. Deliver exceptional project quality and ensure compliance.

The regular position emphasizes your experience in electrical and control systems design. You will collaborate on site assignments, act as project leader, and develop crucial documentation. Your knowledge of E3 design software will facilitate innovative engineering solutions while participating in site surveys and control startup activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design control systems for high-voltage substations

• Ensure compliance before system energization

• Lead projects and coordinate with clients

• Draft technical documents and installation specs

• Participate in site surveys and monitoring

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• At least three years in similar role

• More than five years with Hydro-Québec projects

• Proficient in E3 design software

• Bilingual in French and English for documentation
