BIM Focused Digital Coordinator at Aecon

Reporting to the IDD Director, this role supports the Integrated Digital Delivery team. You'll be involved in document production, CAD activities, and model federation, facilitating digital construction across various project disciplines. Your expertise will contribute to executing BIM methodologies that enhance project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support document production for digital integration in projects

• Assist with CAD production and 3D modeling tasks

• Conduct clash detection and report findings

• Perform quantity takeoffs and model audits for estimating

• Manage common data environment configurations

Requirements:

• University degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

• 2–3 years of BIM/CAD experience required

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of reality capture technologies preferred
