Within Dana, you will develop advanced power electronic circuits, ensuring compliance with ISO 26262 safety standards. Your responsibilities include performing simulations for component analysis, PCB design, and supporting EMC compliance. Collaborating with multi-functional teams will be essential to manage risk and enhance product quality. You will also engage with customers, conveying technical concepts effectively to both engineering and non-engineering audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create DC/DC and DC/AC power electronic circuits

• Conduct simulations for component selection

• Oversee PCB development focusing on performance

• Contribute to documentation and release processes

• Support customer meetings and internal reviews

Requirements:

• Master’s in electrical engineering;
PhD is advantageous

• 3+ years’ experience or 1+ year with PhD

• Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE simulation

• Experience with PCB design tools like Altium

• Strong analytical and communication skills
