Projects Engineer

Position Summary

As part of the expansion of our industrial operations, we are seeking an Industrial Project Engineer for our innovative small-to-medium-sized enterprise. Participate in projects from start to finish: mechanical and process design, continuous improvement of our equipment, tailoring solutions to each client’s needs, as well as managing budgets, schedules, suppliers, and client relationships. Collaborate with the Production team.

• Gather and analyze the needs of operational teams to define appropriate technical solutions.
• Develop specifications, projected budgets, and project schedules.
• Coordinate various internal stakeholders (production, maintenance, quality, methods, HSE, procurement) and external stakeholders (suppliers, engineering firms, subcontractors).
• Oversee technical studies, supplier consultations, and implementation phases.
• Monitor project progress and report to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and deadline requirements.
• Participate in the installation, testing, validation, and commissioning of new equipment or processes.
• Identify and implement measures to improve industrial performance.
• Contribute to the standardization and documentation of best practices for projects.
