How     you’ll       make     an impact

Use     your       experience     in     loan       processing     and     loan     administration to     ensure     the     accuracy  ,     compliance     and     effectiveness     of     FCC’s       lending     process.
You’ll       play       a     key     role     in     turning       complex     information     into       accurate     and reliable administrative actions     that       maintain       loan       integrity     and     ensure       an optimal       customer       experience  .

As     a     Loan     Fulfillment       Technician  ,     you’ll       contribute       directly     to an     optimized       lending     process     through       various       processing       activities  .
Your       ability     to     apply       judgment  ,     analyze     situations and     determine     the     proper       steps     -     even       when     applications     don’t       fall       within     standard     procedure     -     will     help     ensure       that       loan     administration     is       complete  ,     rigorous     and compliant.

If     you     have     strong     attention to     detail  , are solutions-  focused     and     motivated     by     bringing       precision  ,     clarity     and structure to     complex       processes       while       working       closely       with       teams     in multiple locations,     this       role       is     for     you  .

What       you’ll     do
Execute       various       loan       processing       activities  ,     including     security, documentation,     amendments  ,     payments     and     disbursements

Use     lending       systems     (JET, CML, CMS) to     ensure     data     integrity

Monitor and     manage     the     individual       worklist     to     meet     service standards

Identify     and     recommend     process     improvements

Validate     applications     in accordance     with       policies  ,     signed     documents and provincial     legislation

Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity within lending systems

Support     internal       partners     and     respond     to     inquiries       from       field     offices

What       you’ll       bring     to the     team

Required     qualifications:
A     bachelor’s       degree     or certification in administration,     business     or a     related       field

Preferred     qualifications:
Working       knowledge     of     loan     management     systems     and applications

T   wo       years     of     experience       related     to     lending  ,     mortgages  ,     banking     services,     credit       products  , or in the     legal       field         (or an     equivalent     combination of     education     and     experience  ).
