A career as an Associate in the Wealth Management, Marleau team at National Bank, will give you the opportunity to show your ability to work in synergy with clients and colleagues. In this role, you will help wealth advisors to stand out by offering exceptional customer service that will have a positive, long-term impact on our clients.
Your job:
Support investment advisors to provide superior customer service and be available to respond to client requests. )
Perform routine financial transactions (e.g., make necessary adjustments, track transfers, etc.)

Insert instructions for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions on all investment accounts and ensure rigorous follow-up.

Analyze and open client files and keep them up to date.

Produce portfolio management reports.

Manage client files administratively, including scheduling appointments and preparing for client meetings
Ensure compliance with regulations and risk management protocols.

All related administrative tasks.

Prerequisites:
College and/or university degree completed in a field related to the industry.

Two years of relevant experience in banking (back office) or finance.

Valid Securities Trading Course (CCVM) and/or a valid Conduct and Practices Handbook course (an asset) - a requirement for employment.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent customer service skills.
Meticulous attention to detail in daily transactions.
Strong organizational skills.
