Finance Business Partner - Consolidation

Summary

The Finance Business Partner - Consolidation is responsible for consolidating financial results, forecasts, and budgets across three operating divisions and corporate cost centers. The role analyzes performance and turns financial results and key indicators into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and consolidate divisional income statements.
• Validate data, analyze variances, and explain results against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year performance.
• Prepare presentations, review corporate cost-center expenses, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Collect and consolidate partner inputs, challenge assumptions, and ensure consistency in budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate forecasting and monthly close deadlines, resolve data issues, and manage financial planning submissions and schedules.

• At least five years of experience in corporate finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, income statement consolidation, variance analysis, reporting controls, and financial communications.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and interest in innovative tools, including artificial intelligence.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
