You'll drive recruitment for senior leadership and specialized roles, creating talent pipelines before they become vacancies. Collaborating closely with senior leaders, you’ll refine search strategies and foster acceptance from high-profile candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead searches for executive and senior leadership positions

• Translate business needs into actionable search strategies

• Identify and engage passive candidates through headhunting

• Develop compelling approaches for hard-to-fill roles

• Build credibility and trust with senior candidates

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience

• Expertise in headhunting and sourcing talent

• Strong business acumen across industries

• Bilingual in French and English

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
