This Human Resources Manager manages recruitment, career development, and employee relations programs. The position advises management on performance management, labour relations, and HR policies. It also supports retention and employee development through practical HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment activities, interviews, references, and candidate applications
Coordinate postings, interviews, orientations, and employee training sessions
Advise management on employee relations and performance issues
Maintain policies supporting objectives and legislative obligations
Manage employee leaves, accidents, terminations, and disciplinary letters
Requirements:
Human resources experience or background
Strong knowledge of hiring processes
Expertise in HR policies and procedures
Good judgment and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of MS Office and confidential information handling
