Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations including IT asset disposition requests

• Manage ITSM tickets and shared inbox requests efficiently

• Track inventory across office hubs and VAR partners

• Drive data consistency and standardization in datasets

• Prepare recurring reports on device orders and asset data

Requirements:

• Significant experience in asset management

• Strong background in inventory control practices

• Proficient in report generation and procurement processes

• Experience managing IT service-related tickets

• Knowledge of UAT for operational enhancements
