Position: Systems Integration Engineer – Software (Mercier)
Systems Integration Engineer – Software   Company:  iSteer Inc.

Toronto, ON
Salary:  $89,000 annually

Employment Type:

Permanent, Full time (30 hours/week)
Starting Date:  As soon as possible

Work Hours:

Evening, Shift, Morning, Day, Weekend;
Overtime required
Relocation:  Employer covers relocation costs (on‑site work only, no remote option)
Education & Experience   College, CEGEP, or equivalent non‑university certificate/diploma (1–2 years) or equivalent experience
3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience
2+ years with middleware and/or iPaaS solutions (Workato, Dell Boomi, Mule Soft, etc.)
Technical Skills   Cloud integration platforms:
Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, TIBCO
Programming:
Java, C#, Python, SQL, SASS, Git Hub
Operating systems:
Linux, Windows
Integration technologies: EAI, SOA, micro‑services, MVC, XML (XSL, XSD, DTD), TCP/IP, MVC
Databases: MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
Version control, CI/CD, and testing tools
Responsibilities   Collaborate with IT partners to create functional and technical specifications and solution designs for integration services
Analyze and document detailed business processes
Design, develop, and test integration and automation solutions, including new application connectors
Support integration testing, end‑to‑end testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Serve as a Workato subject‑matter expert, demonstrating its capabilities across industries
Participate in proof‑of‑concept evaluations, project estimation, and process automation initiatives

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Leadership potential and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams
