Position: Security Specialist - IAM (Saint-Hyacinthe)
Location: Saint-Hyacinthe

Overview  Join Partner Solutions (PSI) as a Specialist Security Advisor – Identity and Access Management (IAM). In this role, you will act as PSI’s go-to IAM subject-matter expert (strategy and implementation), with responsibility for defining, evolving, and ensuring consistency of IAM practices in a multi-client workplace.
Responsibilities   Establish IAM governance mechanisms aligned with Partner Solutions’ overall strategy and objectives, as well as those of its clients.
Evaluate various technologies related to user account, privilege, service, and identity management, taking into account the organization’s specific requirements.
Perform cost-benefit analyses for current and future technology solutions to support the IAM program roadmap.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at optimizing identity protection.
Optimize the RBAC/ABAC attribute model in an IT and security managed services context to meet internal needs and those of Partner Solutions’ clients (IAM at scale).
Collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to support the evolution of an IAM solution.
Implement and automate processes to strengthen identity management capabilities and improve the security posture of a multi-client environment.
Document IAM processes, workflows (architecture), and best practices, and ensure documentation is kept up to date, including during periodic reviews.
Apply continuous improvement principles to IAM practices and associated processes, leveraging data-driven insights.
What you bring to the table   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer/Software Engineering, and/or a specialization in Cybersecurity.
Eight to ten years of experience in Information Technology or Information Security.
Strong command of cybersecurity principles and practices, and information technology.
Strong command of IAM governance tools and concepts, including privileged access management (PIM) and provisioning/deprovisioning.
Strong command of the Entra suite.
Programming experience with Power BI is an asset.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, structured, and able to work independently.
Strong initiative and the ability to explain complex concepts to executive leadership in clear terms.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and a desire to learn; demonstrated commitment to training, self-learning, and maintaining technical cybersecurity skills.
SC-300, CISM, or CISSP certification is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English) – requires regular interaction with colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required, but authorization to work in Canada is required.

Salary range (based on 35-hour workweek and market factors): 118,700 – 145,100. Salary may be adjusted for experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and anticipated contribution. The candidate outside this range is encouraged to apply.
