Lead business systems optimization with Peak Performance in Mississauga, Ontario. As a Net Suite Business Systems Manager, you'll enhance ERP operations and bridge teams for optimal performance.

At Peak Performance Products Inc., we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Net Suite Business Systems Manager with a deep understanding of ERP, distribution, and customer service workflows. This full-time, in-person role is vital for streamlining and troubleshooting complex operational challenges. You will engage directly with both internal teams and external consultants to implement improvements that enhance our systems efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the IT department and oversee external contractors

• Lead day-to-day administration of Net Suite ERP and WMS

• Improve warehouse fulfillment workflows and inventory processes

• Oversee ERP integrations and coordinate custom developments

• Monitor cybersecurity measures and endpoint protection strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Net Suite ERP experience

• Strong knowledge of distribution and inventory management

• Proven communication skills for cross-department collaboration

• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools like Crowd Strike

• Experience leading IT teams in a dynamic environment
