The Role
Fastloop builds AI systems that scale and this role is responsible for making sure they actually deliver.
As a Solution Architect, you are the bridge between business strategy and technology execution. You translate complex client challenges into explicit, executable AI and Data solutions, staying accountable for outcomes long after the design is done.
You think in business problems first. AI and Technology is how you solve them. You'll lead client conversations at the executive level, define roadmaps that balance ambition with operational reality, navigate organizational complexity, and guide delivery teams through execution. You bring commercial acumen, strategic clarity, and enough technical depth to earn the trust of the people building what you design.
This role operates across the full engagement lifecycle, from initial discovery and pre-sales through to delivery leadership and value realization. Our clients range from mid‑market to large enterprise, and the complexity of their environments reflects that.
What You'll DoStrategic Discovery & Advisory
- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder engagements to understand what clients are actually trying to achieve.
- Assess current‑state business processes, enterprise system landscapes, and technology environments.
- Develop future‑state recommendations with clear business value, ROI, and risk framing.
- Facilitate design thinking and value stream sessions that align teams around a shared direction.
Solution Design
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI‑first architectures across Data, Analytics, Integration, and Application domains.
- Map end‑to‑end workflows and integration points across enterprise systems to identify where AI and automation create the most leverage.
- Define phased delivery roadmaps. Evaluate trade‑offs between cost, complexity, timeline, and business value — and work with the client and technical team to make the call.
- Ensure solutions are commercially viable, operationally sustainable, and built to last.
Delivery Leadership
- Act as Functional Lead on strategic engagements, working within Agile and structured delivery frameworks.
- Manage project outcomes and profitability while keeping teams aligned throughout implementation.
- Manage risks and dependencies before they become issues.
- Drive adoption and change management to ensure clients realize the value they signed up for.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted advisor relationships across the client organization — from delivery teams to the C‑suite and board level.
- Facilitate executive presentations while navigate competing priorities, organizational complexity, and change resistance to drive consensus and momentum.
- Translate technical concepts into business language, and business strategy into delivery direction.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Provide guidance and leadership to Functional and Technical Consultants throughout engagements.
- Support the development of other team members.
- Contribute to Fastloop's delivery standards, methodologies, and practice capability.
Commercial Contribution
- Lead and support pre‑sales engagements, proposal development, RFPs, and SOW scoping, including writing clear, compelling proposal narratives that win work.
- Manage concurrent engagements without loss of quality or client confidence.
- Identify opportunities for account growth.
- Contribute to project health and margin management.
Leadership & Consulting Experience
- 7+ years in consulting, solution architecture, delivery leadership, or business transformation
- Proven experience leading complex AI, Data, Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation engagements across mid‑market and large enterprise clients
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements
- Demonstrated ability to present and influence at C‑suite and board level
- Experience facilitating executive workshops, steering committees, and cross‑functional delivery teams
- Strong commercial writing skills — you can write a proposal narrative that tells a compelling story and wins a deal
