In the role of Senior Solution Consultant at Kinaxis Maestro, your expertise will be essential for providing end-to-end production support and application maintenance. With 5-8 years in Kinaxis Maestro, you will support both system troubleshooting and minor enhancements across various modules like Supply Planning and Demand Planning. Your ability to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvements will be key to optimizing users’ experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for complex data and model resolution

• Troubleshoot functional errors ensuring platform availability

• Perform data quality assessments across ERP systems

• Create user manuals and lead training sessions

• Design and configure minor enhancements across modules
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

• 5-8 years supporting Kinaxis Maestro / Rapid Response

• Minimum Level 2 Certification required

• Deep knowledge of supply chain business processes

• Strong communication and technical documentation skills
