Position: Senior Kinaxis Maestro Consultant Role

Lead technical solutions and improve user experience as a Senior Kinaxis Maestro Consultant. This role focuses on production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Kinaxis implementations.
As a Senior Solution Consultant at Kinaxis, you will oversee end-to-end production support and apply critical fixes for system issues. Your expertise will facilitate seamless operations and ensure data quality across ERP systems while driving continuous improvement through system enhancements. You will be essential in advising users and optimizing processes for effective application utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues

• Ensure data integrity and perform quality assessments

• Address user queries and create manuals for effective application use

• Design and configure minor system enhancements across modules

• Lead testing and maintain documentation for system changes
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar

• 5-8 years supporting Kinaxis Maestro or Rapid Response

• Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 2 certification required

• Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
