Elevate your career as a Technical Specialist with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll. This contract role requires in-depth knowledge of payroll processing, taxation, and compliance in the US environment.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to support various payroll initiatives, including implementation and production support. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion US Payroll and a robust understanding of payroll legislation. You will collaborate with both functional and technical teams to deliver efficient payroll solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Oracle Fusion Payroll components and manage settings

• Execute end-to-end US payroll processing and Quick Pay

• Maintain payroll taxation for Federal, State, and Local taxes

• Develop Fast Formulas for accurate payroll calculations

• Design integrations with third-party payroll vendors like ADP
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience

• Hands-on experience configuring payroll modules

• Strong knowledge of US payroll legislation

• Proven ability in preparing functional documentation
