Join Auxo as the Head of Product and redefine AI-driven solutions in finance from Toronto or Montreal. This leadership role is key to forming product strategies that elevate fintech automation.

As the Head of Product, your responsibilities will include directing product strategy and mentoring Product Managers in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to shape commercial strategies and product roadmaps. Your expertise in managing complex product portfolios will ensure Auxo's growth into a multi-product platform with strong market position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead product strategy and portfolio direction

• Evaluate product investment priorities and make strategic bets

• Partner with GTM on pricing and commercialization strategies

• Mentor two Product Managers for optimal performance

• Validate market needs through customer discovery

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Product Management

• 2+ years in a mentoring role

• Proven experience in SaaS or multi-product platforms

• Familiarity with finance and AI tools

• Strong commercial acumen
