As a Technical Lead at Humana, you will have over 12 years of IT experience, leading large-scale automation migration programs using C#, .NET, and Windows automation designs. Your strong hands-on expertise in translating Win Batch scripting into scalable C# implementations will be vital. You’ll have ownership over automation solution design and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct technical design reviews across multiple PODs
• Manage batch processing and automation design
• Oversee build and deployment within CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure logging, exception handling, and retry mechanisms are in place
• Provide technical risk assessments to leadership
Requirements:
• 12+ years of experience in IT and automation
• Expertise in C#, .NET, and MS SQL
• Familiarity with JSON, Git, and Python
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
