Wibbi is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to drive AI initiatives and enhance healthcare technology through innovation and expertise. This in-office role focuses on building robust AI systems and frameworks to improve patient and operational outcomes.

As the first dedicated AI leader at Wibbi, you will define the AI strategy and take ownership of the entire AI lifecycle. With a commitment to building value in AI, you’ll evaluate data, design agentic pipelines, and oversee rigorous evaluation standards in healthcare. This leadership position demands technical skill and a vision for integrating AI across products and operations seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and improve data integrity and feature engineering

• Design and build agentic systems for healthcare applications

• Establish frameworks for evaluating AI trustworthiness

• Deploy AI systems from experimentation to production

• Define the AI roadmap and best practices for scalability

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of GenAI, RAG, and systems evaluation

• Experience in the full AI lifecycle from data to deployment

• Proven record of deploying ML/AI in production

• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset

• Collaborative approach in shaping AI direction
