Position: QA Analyst for FireLight Insurance Products

Join National Financial Services as a QA Analyst for Fire Light in Canada, ensuring quality in insurance workflows and compliance. This contract position emphasizes manual testing and product validation.

In this pivotal role, you will validate insurance products and workflows configured within Fire Light. You'll ensure that all integrations and e-applications meet regulatory and compliance standards prior to release.

Your role will involve extensive manual testing, regression analysis, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end product testing within Fire Light

• Validate compliance with regulatory and broker-dealer requirements

• Create detailed test plans and documentation

• Coordinate testing across business and compliance teams

• Track defects through to resolution with analytical rigor

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of insurance products, especially annuities

• Experience with Fire Light or relevant testing platforms

• Manual testing and UAT coordination skills

• Understanding of FINRA compliance and processes

• Proficiency in JIRA, SQL, and API testing tools
