Drive system enhancements as a Net Suite Business Systems Manager with Peak Performance Products in Mississauga, Ontario. Lead a dynamic team and optimize Net Suite ERP in a full-time, in-person environment.

This pivotal role requires a techno-functional leader with at least three years of experience in Net Suite ERP. You'll manage the IT department while directly interfacing with business units to enhance workflows between warehouse, finance, sales, and customer service. Your goal will be to ensure operational excellence and system reliability across a rapidly evolving distribution landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT department and external contractors

• Own administration and troubleshooting of Net Suite ERP and WMS

• Enhance fulfillment processes alongside warehousing teams

• Oversee ERP integrations with third-party platforms

• Ensure cybersecurity compliance across organizational devices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Net Suite ERP experience

• Understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows

• Experience in inventory-heavy distribution environments

• Familiarity with security tools like Darktrace and Crowd Strike

• Strong communication skills to bridge technical teams
