Elevate Rally’s performance as a Product Support Engineer with expertise in Python and REST APIs. Navigate through data synchronization tasks to optimize integration with Jira.
This mid-level to senior position demands proficiency in scripting and automation using Python. You will be at the forefront of improving workflows between Rally and Jira through efficient data synchronization via Connect All. Sharp problem-solving and debugging skills will be critical in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure workflows and sync data jobs between Rally and Jira
• Develop scripts to extract and report data across IT systems
• Debug integration issues between different platforms
• Assist business squads in adopting Rally
Requirements:
• Expertise in RESTful APIs
• Track record with API integrations
• Familiarity with JSON for API operations
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Direct experience with Rally, Jira, and Connect All
