We are currently seeking a proactive Net Suite Business Systems Manager to lead and manage our IT department. This full-time, in-person role requires a techno-functional leader who can troubleshoot, enhance, and stabilize our customized Net Suite ERP environment. Your expertise will be integral in bridging operations with IT, ensuring the workflows between finance, sales, and customer service function seamlessly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT department and manage technology priorities

• Oversee Net Suite’s daily administration and troubleshooting

• Partner with operations to enhance fulfillment and inventory accuracy

• Manage integrations with EDI, CRM, and other tools

• Maintain the organization’s cybersecurity and compliance

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on Net Suite ERP expertise

• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay

• Experience in distribution or wholesale operations

• Proven ability to manage or lead IT teams

• Familiarity with security platforms like Darktrace
