Join Alteo's team as a Data Center Systems Administrator in Boucherville, with a hybrid work structure of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. Contribute to reliable infrastructure and innovative solutions.

In this permanent role, you will maintain high service availability and ensure the monitoring of infrastructure consistency. You will engage directly with data center operations, employing your expertise in VMware, Windows, and networking to troubleshoot issues and implement care solutions. Your involvement will enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure data center services are always available

• Monitor and maintain virtual and physical systems

• Address infrastructure incidents effectively

• Take part in the design of host solutions

• Administer backups to ensure data continuity

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or networking (AEC, DEC, or BAC)

• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience

• Mastery of Windows and VMware environments

• Familiar with Linux and advanced networking

• Excellent documentation and communication skills
