Become a key member of MNP’s IT Support Services as a Technician.
Your role supports technology solutions for team members, enhancing their operational efficiency across Canada.
As an IT Support Technician, you will assist in deploying and configuring vital applications while providing comprehensive technical support. Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and contribute to ongoing improvements in support processes. Training team members to be more self-sufficient is also a crucial aspect of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist team with technology tools in-person and remotely
• Deploy and maintain essential business applications
• Provide support for desktops and mobile devices
• Enhance knowledge base through Service Now
• Conduct training to foster user autonomy
Requirements:
• IT support or customer service experience required
• Proficient in Windows operating systems
• Bilingual in French and English necessary
• Strong ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Availability for travel and shift work
Utilize your skills to empower MNP team members and ensure their technology functions efficiently.
