Take the helm as Wibbi's AI Lead Engineer, focusing on developing AI solutions that enhance healthcare delivery. This leadership role, based in-office, emphasizes building systems that drive real-world patient and operational impacts.

As Wibbi’s first AI leader, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from evaluation of data to system deployment. This role requires you to set the strategic direction for AI initiatives while collaborating with various teams to ensure real-life impact through AI technologies. The role merges technical expertise with leadership, providing a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate data and engineer features for AI applications

• Develop agentic pipelines for patient outreach systems

• Establish benchmarks for AI system evaluation

• Deploy AI systems into production and ensure functionality

• Define and execute the AI strategy and roadmap
