Work with teams across the business to uncover pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

Help design, build, and refine AI tools and automated workflows under the AI Operations umbrella

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate real‑world problems into practical, usable solutions

Iterate on existing tools and automations as needs evolve and new opportunities emerge

Stay current on emerging AI tools, platforms, and industry trends

Document processes and help colleagues adopt new tools and ways of working

Contribute to the broader digital transformation journey at The Master Group

A creative mindset paired with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills

Strong communication skills, equally comfortable with technical and non‑technical colleagues

A collaborative, engaged approach to working across departments

Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and managing your own workflow, while knowing when to loop in the team

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Understanding of code is a strong asset, though not required

Competitive Benefits:

Medical and dental coverage from day one, along with short and long‑term disability protection

Contribution to a collective registered retirement savings plan upon starting your role.
