Position: Senior Analyst in Web Performance RONA
Location: Boucherville

Lead RONA's digital analysis as a Senior Analyst in Web Performance. Your analytical insight will play a crucial role in improving our online platforms and customer journey.

In this role, you will report to the Business Intelligence Manager, focusing on measuring and optimizing the performance of  Your analytical skills will be key in developing detailed reports, dashboards, and actionable insights using advanced analytics tools such as SQL and Python. Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for optimizing online conversion rates

• Create actionable insights through comprehensive data analysis

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities

• Mentor junior analysts in data interpretation

• Produce key performance reports and analyses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 5 to 8 years of data analysis experience

• Expertise in web analytics tools

• Knowledge of Python or R for scripting

• Ability to communicate insights effectively
