You’ll also be key in coaching junior support teams through technical challenges, directly enhancing team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• React quickly to production infrastructure incidents

• Implement performance enhancements and system optimization

• Manage security incidents from detection to resolution

• Coordinate backup and disaster recovery operations

• Collaborate with external vendors on technical resolutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Linux system administration with LAMP

• Strong hands-on experience with cPanel/WHM

• Proficient in DNS and web technologies

• Knowledge of backup tools and monitoring systems

• Familiar with firewalls and security protocols
