Senior Project Manager for Maximo at IBM

IBM seeks a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for guiding clients through their Maximo implementation journey. This position demands at least 5 years of hands-on project management experience with a focus on asset management solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will work closely with clients to translate business needs into Maximo configurations, all while fostering stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Maximo implementation from initiation to delivery

• Develop project plans detailing scope, goals, and timelines

• Oversee configurations, customizations, and system integrations

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

• Ensure effective user training and support during go-live

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• 5+ years in project management, with Maximo experience preferred

• Strong familiarity with EAM software solutions

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities

• Ability to travel as needed
