Elevate Agile practices as a Lead Senior Release Train Engineer with Acuity Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia. Manage the Agile Release Train (ART) for seamless delivery and team synergy.
This senior role focuses on establishing the ART operating model, ensuring delivery consistency, and facilitating Program Increment planning. You will engage with Product Management and various stakeholders to drive initiatives that improve the overall productivity of software project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create visibility for delivery through timeline management
• Develop ART cadence for effective team collaboration
• Lead PI Planning activities and address risks
• Foster alignment by removing cross-team impediments
• Leverage metrics to enhance delivery processes
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Agile roles such as RTE or Agile Coach
• Background in software solutions and systems management
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Required SAFe RTE certification
• Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and
