As a Senior Helpdesk Technician, you will be the primary contact for internal users, delivering top-tier technical assistance and ensuring smooth IT operations. Your expertise in troubleshooting and support processes will be crucial in resolving hardware, software, and network issues across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced technical support to users across departments
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage Microsoft environments including Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Handle user accounts, permissions, and system access
• Document incidents and technical procedures clearly
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of IT helpdesk experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies
• Fluent in French and English
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer service abilities
