Join Coca-Cola as an IT Support Technician, dedicated to the Lachine facility with remote support capabilities for other Coke locations.
Your role will center on managing OT network systems and IT operations, ensuring smooth production processes by resolving technical challenges. This position requires advanced skills in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support for complex IT/OT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead OT network management and IT operations
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding support needs
• Provide on-site PC and hardware support
• Serve as the escalation point for manufacturing IT issues
• Document training and maintain technical resources
Requirements:
• College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ IT work experience, 3 in OT support
• Familiarity with manufacturing network processes
• Strong communication skills in French and English
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
