Training and Skills Development Technician

Support training logistics, skills development, and quality assurance as a Training and Skills Development Technician earch processes and solve technical problems.
This technician role supports needs analysis, training delivery, and product or service quality assurance. You collaborate technically with your unit and adapt approaches to its activities, initiatives, and processes. The work includes information management, data processing, methods, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with training needs analysis and delivery logistics
Provide technical support for operational issues
Train users on software and operational processes
Prepare technical notes supporting user skills development
Help practitioners follow procedures and use unit tools
Requirements:
College diploma in a related field
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French required
Sound decision-making skills for technical problem-solving
Ability to tailor approaches to operational needs
Bring training coordination, technical support, process analysis, and user guidance skills to Desjardins operations and service improvement.
