Position Overview Summit Water seeks an experienced Director of Operations & Supply Chain to lead operational excellence across our growing organization.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple divisions including water systems, pumps, packaged systems, and service operations.
As a hands‑on leader, you’ll drive efficiency, build scalable processes, and strengthen operations to support continued growth. We’re looking for someone who thrives in rapid‑paced environments, enjoys solving complex challenges, and can balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution.
Responsibilities Lead and optimize operations across production, supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management
Create and implement strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workflow, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
Strengthen inventory management, purchasing processes, and logistics performance to support business growth
Improve operational systems, reporting, and ERP processes to drive better visibility and decision‑making
Standardize processes across multiple divisions to create consistency and scalability
Partner with leadership across sales, finance, and service teams to align operational priorities with company goals
Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Identify opportunities to improve margins and support long‑term profitability
Help build the operational foundation needed to support future growth and expansion
Qualifications 8+ years of leadership experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments
Track record of improving processes, increasing efficiencies, and leading operational transformation
Strong experience with ERP systems, KPIs, and operational planning
Experience leading multiple teams or departments in complex operational environments
Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively
Lean, continuous improvement mindset is considered an asset
