Purchasing Coordinator

Position: Full-Time Purchasing Coordinator
Location: Brossard

Become a key player in our purchasing team as a full-time Purchasing Coordinator focused on supply chain efficiency and supplier engagement in a fully onsite role.

This position enables you to coordinate the procurement of vital production materials while fostering strong relationships with suppliers and cross-team collaboration. You will be responsible for monitoring delivery schedules and performance to ensure production continuity. By actively tracking purchasing metrics and supporting cost-reduction strategies, you will contribute to optimal supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage purchase orders for materials

• Communicate confirmations and updates with suppliers

• Track supplier performance and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain supplier data in ERP systems

• Support timely availability of materials with planning teams

Requirements:

• At least one year of purchasing or supply chain experience

• Relevant degree or diploma preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP tools

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
