This position involves negotiating with suppliers to create cost-efficient purchase orders and managing office supplies. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and process purchase orders efficiently

• Analyze and negotiate with suppliers for cost savings

• Maintain organized purchasing data in LN ERP

• Prepare RFQs and conduct offer analyses

• Monitor open orders and ensure smooth delivery processes

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Bilingual in English and French for supplier relations

• Systematic approach to problem-solving

• Experience in procurement preferred but not required
