As a key member of the Procurement and Sales Department, you will maintain purchasing data, process customer requests, and manage office supplies. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain open orders and purchasing data in LN ERP

• Process purchase orders and customer requests

• Negotiate costs with suppliers and manage requisitions

• Prepare RFQs and analyze supplier offers

• Review and follow up on open orders frequently

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to analyze problems systematically

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English

• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented approach
