About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics and Operations Intern to join our team for the summer. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our road transportation activities. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast‑paced logistics environment while contributing to the success of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and optimization of transportation routes;

Assist in coordinating daily pickup and delivery operations;

Track shipments and update statuses in internal systems;

Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations;

Prepare and process transportation documents (delivery notes, bills of lading, etc.);

Help resolve operational issues such as delays and logistical constraints

Contribute to KPI tracking and performance analysis

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with safety standards and transportation regulations

Provide general administrative and operational support

What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing studies in logistics, transportation, operations management, or a related field;

Strong interest in the transportation and supply chain industry;

Excellent organizational and time management skills;

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities;

Effective communication skills (French and English);

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word);

Familiarity with a Transportation Management System (TMS) is an asset;
