Project Supply Chain Manager

Location: Brossard

Project representative within the Supply Chain organization,

Supply Chain representative within Project team, representing during execution, all Supply Chain’ sub-functions such as Manufacturing, Sourcing, Procurement and Transport & Logistics

Guarantee within the Supply Chain and beyond, the full implementation of the Customer’ contractual requirements for the Equipment to be delivered,

Will be the conduit between the supply chain, engineering COE and the projects team to drive execution of the allocated Project

Manage Supply Chain action progress plan to ensure On Time Delivery, Quality (NCR), Cost and contractual compliance

Update, analyze and manage key performance indicator and ensure regular feedback of experience

Manage detailed budget (CTC), risks and opportunities belonging to supply chain

Work closely with the Material Management, Planning, Material Planner (make or buy), Sourcing and Transport & Logistic team. As well as with all project team members, under the lead of the project director

Vous êtes le/la représentant(e) du projet au sein de l'organisation de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.

Vous êtes le/la représentant(e) de la chaîne d'approvisionnement au sein de l'équipe de projet, représentant pendant l'exécution, de toutes les sous-fonctions de la chaîne d'approvisionnement telles que la fabrication, l'approvisionnement, l'approvisionnement et le transport et la logistique.

Vous garantissez, au sein de la Supply Chain et au-delà, la pleine mise en œuvre des exigences contractuelles du Client pour les Equipements à livrer.

Vous êtes le lien entre la chaîne d'approvisionnement, l'ingénierie COE et l'équipe projet pour piloter l'exécution du projet attribué.

Vous gérez le plan de progrès des actions de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour assurer la livraison à temps, la qualité (NCR), le coût et la conformité contractuelle

Mettre à jour, analyser et piloter les indicateurs clés de performance et assurer un retour d'expérience régulier

Gérer le budget détaillé (CTC), les risques et les opportunités appartenant à la chaîne d'approvisionnement

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de la gestion du matériel, de la planification, du planificateur de matériel (fabrication ou achat), de l'approvisionnement, du transport et de la logistique. Ainsi qu'avec tous les membres de l'équipe projet, sous la direction du directeur de projet.

Job Description

Expérience en gestion de projet: Élaboration d'un plan de jalons et de ressources, anticipation et gestion des risques et opportunités, etablissement d'un rythme opérationnel de revue d’avancement et d'un mécanisme de suivi des problèmes, faire remonter les problèmes et aider à l’élimination des obstacles au progrès, comprendre et assurer la gestion de son budget.
