Position: Techniseal Purchasing Clerk Role
Location: Candiac

Join Techniseal as a Purchasing Clerk and enhance our Procurement Department's efficiency. This full-time role focuses on managing purchase orders and supplier communications.

Within this role, you will report directly to the Manufacturing Systems Manager and assist the Senior Planner-Buyer, ensuring that all purchase orders are entered correctly and approved accordingly. Your expertise in processing supplier information and documentation is key, alongside regular communications in both English and French with business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue purchase orders and manage supplier information

• Prepare documentation for performance tracking

• Assist Supply Chain with various procurement tasks

• Communicate regularly in both languages as needed

• Follow internal procedures for purchasing approvals

Requirements:

• AEC or DEC in Administration or equivalent experience

• At least 1 year in a similar purchasing role

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel

• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially M3, is preferred

• Bilingual in English and French for effective communication
