Join Stella-Jones as a Purchasing Support Clerk, specializing in material management and administrative tasks. This role is vital for our operations across North America.

In this position, you will work directly under the Purchasing Supervisor, assisting with inventory management and supporting operational needs. You will process material receiving, manage test documentation, and ensure the smooth flow of supplies. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process steel material receiving and subcontractor services

• Manage and file mill test reports and compliance documents

• Maintain scrap tracking and inventory levels

• Assist with office supply inventory and orders

• Collaborate effectively with both suppliers and internal teams

Requirements:

• Vocational Diploma in Office Automation or related

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

• Bilingual in English and French for effective communication

• Strong initiative and team adaptability

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
