Drive strategic sourcing initiatives at RONA as a Global Sourcing Expert focused on hard goods and private label products. Your initiatives will ensure quality, cost efficiency, and innovation in the supply chain.

This critical role involves formulating global sourcing strategies in line with RONA's commercial objectives. You will partner with multiple functions to streamline the end-to-end sourcing process, from supplier identification to contract management. Strong judgment and cross-cultural influence are key to navigating this complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that meet business needs

• Evaluate and onboard international suppliers for optimized costs

• Lead comprehensive procurement processes, including RFPs

• Analyze costs and create impactful business cases

• Track supplier performance against key metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar

• Over 8 years of strategic procurement experience

• Knowledgeable about international logistics and customs processes

• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects

• Excellent verbal and written bilingual communication
