As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage inbound transportation for a well-established food industry company. The position centers on cross-border processes, import and export permits, temperature monitoring, carrier negotiations, and shipment tracking. You will provide dependable ETAs while resolving issues that affect delivery.

• Review customs documentation for smooth border clearance
• Manage import and export permit renewals
• Negotiate transportation rates with carriers
• Maintain carrier relationships and resolve shipment problems
• Monitor transit temperatures and take corrective action

• Two or more years in import/export coordination
• Fluent spoken and written French and English
• Solid knowledge of cross-border customs processes
• Strong negotiation and real-time problem-solving abilities
• Availability outside regular office hours when needed
