As a Caretaker Class II, you will be responsible for the maintenance work during evening hours, ensuring that schools remain safe and functional. This position requires handling minor repairs, inspecting key systems, and managing nonspecialized maintenance personnel. Candidates must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage evening cleaning and maintenance operations

• Verify conditions of heating and lighting systems

Requirements:

• 3 years of maintenance experience required
